Data Processing Addendum
This page explains the current data-processing position for the updated browser-side tool package. It is not an enterprise DPA contract.
Current file-processing model
The current tools are designed to process selected files in the browser without uploading them to our server by default. Because the site is not receiving tool files for processing in this model, a conventional processor relationship for uploaded files is not part of the current workflow.
When a separate DPA may be needed
If future features add accounts, server-side processing, team storage, analytics tied to users, or enterprise workflows, a separate DPA review would be needed before launch.
